Our Work

Seven focus areas. One connected mission.

GHC Trust works across animal welfare, sustainability, inclusion, education, community development, relief and CSR implementation. Each programme is designed around real needs, field execution and accountable delivery.

How we think about our work

Different needs. Shared discipline.

Our programme areas are intentionally diverse, because communities rarely experience challenges in isolation. Welfare, access, environment, livelihoods and resilience often intersect. We therefore combine specialised interventions with a common operating discipline: understand the need, design responsibly, deliver on the ground, document progress and learn from outcomes.

Cow Shelter • Gaushala

Care for every life — every day.

Our Gaushala programme combines shelter, nutrition, veterinary support, attentive handling and long-term protection. Cow welfare is not a one-time activity; it is a continuing responsibility carried out through daily routines and field-level care.

Our delivery model

How ideas become field programmes.

Every programme is adapted to context, but the discipline behind delivery remains consistent.

01

Listen & Assess

Understand the local need, existing gaps, stakeholders and practical constraints.

02

Design

Define activities, responsibilities, resources, outcomes and implementation timelines.

03

Deliver

Execute through field coordination, partners and programme teams with clear ownership.

04

Document

Maintain records, photographs, utilisation evidence and progress information as appropriate.

05

Review & Improve

Examine outcomes, identify learnings and strengthen the next phase of intervention.

Programme evidence

Impact should be visible beyond a headline.

We aim to connect programme activity with evidence that helps donors, communities and institutional partners understand what was delivered and what changed.
